<description>"Warm brasserie ambience"?! As someone who appreciates and likes modernist design, I understand trying to match the parking garage location, but this is not well done. Harsh and noisy, definitely not the place for significant conversation. Almost two years for this? Perhaps Oswald could offer roller skate service to parked cars? The food, wonderful. The wine list, apart from a separate Riesling list (ask for it), uninspired and miserably short on both wines by the glass and local wineries. Service, occasionally amateurish, but generally fine.</description>
